OFCC Legal Defense Fund
Choose your donation amount by changing the QTY above!
The OFCC Legal Defense Fund is a fund raising that was born out of the William Bartlett arrest in Canton, Ohio. That criminal case
was dealt with and OFCC has rolled all funds into a general legal defense fund. You may donate in $1 increments by changing the quantity of the item. Donations are NOT tax deductible at this time.
On June 8th, 2011 Canton, Ohio police came upon a vehicle and performed a traffic stop that resulted in a prime example
of what is wrong with mandatory notification. The driver was arrested and charged with a crime despite attempting to
notify officers he was armed.
He had his license for just thirty days before the arrest.

Contributions to this fund were used to deal with expenses and covering the legal costs of representation for William Bartlett. His case was dismissed and the officer was terminated months later.
OFCC is classified as a 501(c)4 non-profit organization under Ohio law, so unfortunately donations are not tax deductible.
