Canton PD Incident Legal Defense Fund
On June 8th, 2011 Canton, Ohio police came upon a vehicle and performed a traffic stop that resulted in a prime example
of what is wrong with mandatory notification. The driver was arrested and charged with a crime despite attempting to
notify officers he was armed.
He had his license for just thirty days before the arrest.

Contributions to this fund will be used to deal with expenses and covering the legal costs of representation.
